Cancellation Policy

All clients must give a 48 hour notice for cancellation or to reschedule. If proper notice is not given, 50% of the service price will be charged. If client is 15 minutes late for their appointment, they will be asked to reschedule & 100% of service price will be charged. If client no shows an appointment, 100% of services will be charged & they will not be rebooked.
